Benzô tells the story of Sérgio, a Guarani shaman, and Dona Florinda, a caiçara woman, who use dreams, plants and prayers as ancestral forms of healing. With woodcut illustrations, the film interweaves documentary and animation to explore cultural traditions and benzedura as a healing practice rooted in our history.
